If we store them some place cool like an ice box, there's no reason they can't survive for at least a bit. Metal is readily available around here, so with my alchemy I'm sure I'll be able to figure something better out in the next month or two.
It's still in the works, I'd like to get them to last longer, but I think I'm close this time.
